Our lemons, supported by local chestnut poles, receive an unconventional treatment. In fact, the choice has been made to leave the passage open for the bees to enter and the air to circulate, abandoning the classic espalier pergola.

This practice promotes biodiversity, natural pollination and prevents plant diseases.

As part of the company’s growth also dedicated to research and innovation, there is also an experimental field (in collaboration with the CRA-Agrumicultura research centre in Acireale) for the valorisation of different rootstocks, which are checked periodically.
